| I read Embattle (the first book in this series) a few months ago and I did like it even though I was confused at first. This one I wasn't as confused and I couldn't not put it down and actually ended up going to sleep later than I had planned because I kept wanting to read more and more. I think this one is even better than the first one. Very well written and I sure hope there is a third book because I would love to read more. I recommend this . I give this 5 out of 5
