The Twin by Nell Thomas

It's just another missing person's case for the detective, Ray Webster, as he flies from Delaware to a sleepy little town in Nebraska. But for him and the widow of the brother he never knew, it is the beginning of an adventure that will change both of their lives forever. He calls on the house of Jeff Vance to interview him. He meets Jessica. Ray learns from her that Jeff is dead, and that he is almost identical in appearance to Jessica's late husband. He calls someone at the detective agency to do some back channel investigation, and sure enough, he learns that Jeff is the twin brother he never knew he had. Ray and Jessica are immediately drawn to each other, against their better judgment. Ray feels like he is betraying his brother by courting his widow. But, for her sake, he wants to find out as much as he can about the fatal car crash that claimed Jeff's life. Jessica is also torn. Is it right for her to be attracted to someone who is so much like Jeff? It soon becomes apparent that Ray and Jessica have a lot more to worry about than their developing romantic relationship. Ray discovers that Jeff was murdered because he knew too much. Things in Plainsville are about to get really ugly, as he seeks to uncover the truth about his brother's death.

MY REVIEW

This is a very good book and very well written. One that kept reading to the very last page in one day. I really think that if you are into suspense then i think you will enjoy this one.
