Harrison Blake December 2017 #Review

Harrison Blake Apparel is a monthly subscription for the dapper gentleman. Each box will contain a necktie and 4 additional accessories (e.g. pocket squares, lapel pins,  etc.) Each of these items is exclusive only to Harrison Blake Apparel with a logo of their brand on them.

This subscription box is $25 per month. If you purchase 6 months it is $21 per month and if you purchase a year it is $18 per month.

I have received December 2017's "box" to review and here is what was inside:

Harrison Blake Classic Stripe Necktie ($30).

Harrison Blake Geometric Pocket Square ($20)

Harrison Blake Acrylic Tie Bar ($20) and Harrison Blake World Travel Lapel Pin ($15)

Harrison Blake Tan Dot Socks ($8)

The total value of this month's subscription is $93 which is a great deal for someone who loves ties and other men's apparels.

I think Harrison Blake is one of the best men's ties and apparel subscription companies out there. I have reviewed them a few times in the past and every time my husband and I have been very impressed with the products that we have gotten.

Both my husband and I highly recommend this.

After an unprecedented series of natural disasters threatened the planet, the world’s leaders came together to create an intricate network of satellites to control the global climate and keep everyone safe.  But now, something has gone wrong—the system built to protect the Earth is attacking it, and it’s a race against the clock to uncover the real threat before a worldwide geostorm wipes out everything...and everyone along with it.

Geostorm is now available in stores.

MY THOUGHTS

I had high hopes for this movie because  Gerard Butler is in it and I have seen pretty much every single movie he is in and I have enjoyed most of them.

Anyway,  I watched the movie and I have to say I am disappointed. I was underwhelmed.

The story sounded good but it wasn't that good. I mean it is more like cheesy and there are some plot holes.

The graphics are great though .

Some people may like it but I personally give this one a 2 out of 5.

MY THOUGHTS

I admit I had never seen the entire original movie because I never thought I would like it. The only reason why I watched this movie was one that my husband wanted to see it.

We watched it last Sunday and I didn't have high expectations but I have to admit Blade Runner 2049 is a very good movie.

It is entertaining with great graphics and awesome acting.   I did like the story too and believable.

Both my husband and I give this 4 out of 5.

IT Movie #Review

The product(s) featured in this review were provided free of cost to me by the manufacturer or representing PR agency for the sole purpose of product testing. Opinions expressed are my own and are NOT influenced by monetary compensation.

When children begin to disappear in the town of Derry, Maine, a group of young kids are faced with their biggest fears when they square off against an evil clown named Pennywise, whose history of murder and violence dates back for centuries. Based on Stephen King's book titled IT.

You can now purchase  IT online and in stores near you.

MY THOUGHTS

I am a big fan of Stephen King books and movies/tv shows based on Stephen King books so of course, I couldn't wait to watch this new version of IT.

On Saturday night my husband and I sat down to watch the movie and we both enjoyed it very much.  I love that it takes place in the 80's.  Of course there were some differences from the books but I personally think that this version was very well done.

I do like the new Pennywise.  I found he was way scarier looking and I like Bill Skarsgard as Pennywise.

My only complaint was that I didn't find the movie really that scary but I still loved the movie anyway.

I can't wait for the second part of IT to come out but we will have to wait until 2019.

I give this 5 out of 5.
