I am being compensated for helping spread the word about the launch of Nutrience Subzero in PetSmart Canada but Geeky Girl Reviews only shares information we feel is relevant to our readers. Nutrience and PetSmart are not responsible for the content of this article.

Meeloo (cat) and Azrael (dog)

I do try to buy high quality dog and cat food for my fur-babies because I love them and I want them to be in my life and healthy for a long time. Azrael (my dog) has food allergy and sometimes finding food that is good for him and that he will love can be difficult at times. Meeloo (my cat) is 12 years old and she can be picky at times when it comes to food and treats so I often have a hard time finding something healthy . Yes there are many dog and cat foods out there (some good and some bad) but I always want to find high quality premium food that is best for my dog and cat because I want them to live long healthy lives. I am so happy that Nutrience came up with Nutrience Grain Free Subzero™.

About SubZero (Available for dogs and cats)

MY THOUGHTS

First my husband and I tried the salted caramel one and we have to say that we were very much impressed and we both absolutely loved it. I find it tastes more like cream cheese than cottage cheese.   Both my husband and I decided we will be getting these for snacks again in the future.

We both tried the vanilla bean ones as well and we did like it we didn't like it as much as the salted caramel one. It is good but I  just prefer caramel.

Here is what was in October's box:

Eiwa- Chocolate Marshmellow.  I had one and my husband had one and we both loved it.

KitKat- Pumpkin Pudding is a Halloween exclusive with a creamy pumpkin pudding coating.
I didn't find it had much pumkin flavour to it but it was very good. I wish we could get these here in Canada.

Nestle Aero Mini.  This one has blueberry filling. I liked it.

Clico- Caplico Stick This is a ice cream cone shaped wafer with creamy filling.  It was so yummy.

My husband and I liked those.

Glico- Almond Peak are almonds encased in white chocolate. These were so good that I didn't want to share.

Telltale Games' Minecraft :Story Mode Review And Giveaway

The product(s) featured in this review were provided free of cost to me by the manufacturer or representing PR agency for the sole purpose of product testing. Opinions expressed are my own and are NOT influenced by monetary compensation.

Minecraft: Story Mode is like a playable television show based on your favorite game, where YOU are the star, and your choices and actions decide how the story is told.
You are Jesse, and you and your friends are thrown into an adventure to save the world. While visiting EnderCon, your gang stumbles on something dreadful. Terror is unleashed and your only hope is to track down the “Order of the Stone”, a fabled group of adventurers who slew the legendary Ender Dragon.  In a race against time, you will travel across the over-world, through the Nether, to The End, and beyond.

Telltale Games' Minecraft :Story Mode is available for PC,Xbox 360, Xbox One, PS3 and PS4 .

MY THOUGHTS
Ok I admit that I have never played Minecraft before but I have plays a few Telltale games (Back To The Future, The Walking Dead and Sam &Max) and loved them so I was excited to review this new game.
I found episode one to be good and pretty easy. I finished it in one sitting but unfortunately I couldn't play the next episode right away because I had to wait until it was available to download in PSN store . Even if you have the game on disc you still need to download the seasons and the seasons do not all come out right away. That is really my only complaint about the game.

I downloaded episde two on the weekend and I can't wait to have the time to play it.

I highly recommend this game.

Pretty Good Monthly Subscription Box Review

The product(s) featured in this review were provided free of cost to me by the manufacturer or representing PR agency for the sole purpose of product testing. Opinions expressed are my own and are NOT influenced by monetary compensation.

Pretty Good Monthly is a soap subscription box starting at $12.99 per month. They ship to Canada and the U.S.  The box contains two or more soaps (depending on your plan) that are handmade soaps They have a box of soaps for women and a box for men.

They believe in recycled materials and using as few chemicals as possible. They give you a list of ingredients for all the soaps in their box so you know exactly what they use.

I received their October box .

The information sheet is in a plastic bag to prevent the oils from the soap from ruining it.

As soon as you open the box you can very well smell the soaps. Heck I could smell it before I even opened the box.

Blackberry Sea Clay and Cocoa Butter Soap is the first one I tried and I absolutely love it. It is my favourite from this box.

Apple Ale Soap  I like that one as well.

Cranberry Fig Soap I don't like the smell but that is because I have never been a cranberry fan.

My THOUGHTS

I very much liked this box. I didn't like the smell of the Cranberry Fig one but like I said I never have been a fan of cranberry's taste or smell but I am going to keep this one for company that is coming in a few days but other than that I like the soaps. The price isn't so bad either.

I highly recommend Pretty Good Monthly.

MY THOUGHTS

I really do enjoy this game even though it takes a bit of time to load up when you go in different doors in the game  but other than that I have no complaints.

I love the game's puzzles.  The game isn't very difficult but I have "died" a few times so it is a little bit challenging.

I give this game 3 1/3 out of 5.

Inside Out on BluRay, DVD and Digital Copy Review

The product(s) featured in this review were provided free of cost to me by the manufacturer or representing PR agency for the sole purpose of product testing. Opinions expressed are my own and are NOT influenced by monetary compensation.

From the imaginative minds of Disney•Pixar comes a major “emotion” picture beyond compare. Experience the hilarious and heartwarming film Peter Travers of Rolling Stone calls “a burst of pure imagination”. Do you ever look at someone and wonder what’s going on inside their head? Disney•Pixar’s Inside Out, takes a rollicking journey into the mind to find the answer. Based in Headquarters, the control center of 11-year-old Riley’s mind, five emotions are hard at work, led by lighthearted optimist Joy. She strives to make sure Riley stays happy as she operates alongside fellow emotions Fear, Anger, Disgust and Sadness. It’s “an instant classic,” raves Richard Roeper, Chicago Sun-Times. Experience it like never before on Disney Blu-ray!

MY THOUGHTS

Well I had heard of this movie but never saw it in theaters so I was very happy to received this one to review.

I thought it is very well done and it is one for the entire family to enjoy watching together.  The story line is good and does keep adults and children entertained. The graphics are fantastic as per usual.

If you are a Disney fan or someone in your family (young and old) are fans then I think they very well like this movie.

I give this 5 out of 5
