Deep Heat Patch provides warming relief from muscular aches and pains, joint stiffness and backaches for up to eight hours. 
Each patch contains iron and activated charcoal. When the pack is opened, the air activates a heat generating reaction that produces a warming effect when the patch is applied to the skin. This local, superficial heat improves the circulation to the muscles, so reducing pain and stiffness.

 Each Deep Heat Patch is active for up to eight hours after the pack is opened, providing long-lasting, deep-relieving warmth. With no smell and no  grease, the self-adhesive patches are very easy to apply and convenient for use during the day.

Last week I had to go to get a parcel and my husband was away for work and I didn't have any bus fare so I decided to walk to go get my parcel.  I know I would be in pain after since it is quite a long walk to and from the postal outlet but I figured after the walk would be the perfect time to test out  the Deep Heat patch. I am so happy I had it because I had back pain and leg pain right after and a bit the day after so I ended up using 2 of the patches and I have to say I am impressed.  The are easy to put on and to take off and they do work very well. I was in a lot less pain.  

I also like that they are completely odorless and because I do have a sensitive nose . 

Do I recommend Deep Heat Patch?  Yes I do . They aren't expensive and they actually worked for me.
