I really like the THERA°PEARL Knee Wrap. I find it fits great and it made me feel a bit better. I found it great for when I am just around the house doing my blogging,laundry, dishes, cleaning and such. What you do is either put in in the microwave for less than 40 minutes for warm therapy or you can put it in the fridge of freezer for at least 2 hours for cold therapy.
THERA°PEARL Pack should be applied to skin for doctor recommended time of 20 minutes and then wait 20 minutes then reapply for an other 20 minutes if needed.
