Festive Flatbread recipe

Festive Flatbread

1 – 8 inch round Naan flatbread 
3 Tbsp Gay Lea Cinnamon & Brown Sugar Spreadables butter
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
8 dried apricots, cut into slivers

• Spread Naan bread with Gay Lea Cinnamon & Brown Sugar Spreadables butter.
•  Sprinkle with chopped walnuts and dried apricots.
•  Place in toaster oven or conventional oven and broil for 2 to 3 minutes until the nuts and apricots are slightly browned and bread is fragrant.

Cut into triangles and serve with sharp cheddar or gorgonzola and other cheeses.
Makes 8 to 10 pieces.
